Before you write
If you are reporting a wrong result, include the weight, the unit, the karat and the spot price you used. That is everything we need to reproduce it. Calculation errors get fixed the same week.
We cannot value a specific item for you, identify a hallmark from a photograph, or recommend a buyer in your town. For those, take the piece to a local independent appraiser.
